ConcertoCare is a healthcare organization focused on improving quality ratings and clinical initiatives. The Project Manager will lead project management activities aimed at enhancing CMS Star Ratings and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Have a general understanding of the healthcare environment, including NCQA quality; utilize this knowledge to serve as project manager for clinical organization strategic initiatives
- Develop action plans and initiatives to improve CMS Star Ratings including HEDIS/Pharmacy/NCQA measure improvement for different lines of business
- Ability to effectively lead complex projects and programs of diverse scope that involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop project charters, integrated project plans, contingency plans, and other related project management plans to ensure project milestones are met
- Prioritize projects based on the organization’s strategic priorities, financial impact, client urgency, risk, and resources
- Communicate project status, barriers and recommendations with key stakeholders
- Prepare internal reports and external presentations in support of client and leadership meetings and other related meetings
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs/requirements from key stakeholders and data trends in quality performance to assess current processes and identify solutions for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, clinical and market operations stakeholders
- Support implementation of solutions to improve performance and monitor effectiveness
- Program oversight for quality performance management in internal forums including MBR, PPM, and clinical program performance reviews and in external forums for health plan JOCs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Preference will be given to healthcare related fields (e.g., public health, etc.)
- 3-5 years of project management and/or program oversight experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
- Demonstrated experience serving in both strategic and operational roles
- Strong data analysis, project management and proficiency in quality improvement
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Goal-oriented, must be able to meet deadlines
