GT’s Living Foods is a community passionate about creating a healthier, happier world. The Shopper Marketing Associate Manager will support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve the shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns, such as in-store promotions, digital activations, and events
- You will analyze shopper insights and trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
- Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of promotional materials and in-store displays, as well as support the development of marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, product packaging, and promotional signage
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaboration with sales teams will help align marketing efforts with retail partners and enhance distribution strategies
- You will also manage budgets with support from Shopper team for shopper marketing initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience
- Experience working with Natural Channel Retailers
- Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (natural & conventional grocers, mass-market retailers)
- Must have a proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales
- Able to travel up to 20% to support trade events, customer calls, etc
- Available to work flexible schedules, including some evenings & nights
- Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
