Mindlance is a company focused on provider data management and they are seeking a Provider Data Management Analyst 1. The role involves performing data management activities, including data analysis, entry, and ensuring data accuracy for claims payment and provider directories.

Responsibilities:

• Enroll providers and practitioners into the provider data management system
• Update provider and practitioners with claims payment and directory information
• Research, review, and make updates within the provider data management system per provider requests
• Perform quality service checks on systemic data, inclusive of claims processing and provider directory information
• Perform research and resolve problems as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of provider data or network administration experience, preferably in a managed care setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excel proficiency
• Reliability
• Ability to work in a production‐based environment
• Proficiency in data‐entry accuracy at high volume
• Ability to read credentialing or contracting outputs (effective dates, specialties, contract status)
• Comfort with updating lists, managing documents, and version control
• Associate degree in health care or a related field
