Cardinal Health is a healthcare services and products company, and they are seeking a Representative II for their Customer Service Ops team. This role involves providing specialized support for device-related orders, managing time-sensitive workflows, and acting as a liaison for problem-solving and resolution for customers and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, timely support to customers as a representative of Cardinal Health at Home
- Handle inbound calls, including order placement, product questions, delivery inquiries, returns, and order status updates
- Support medical device–related workflows with strong judgment, accuracy, and attention to time sensitive tasks
- Complete routine backend tasks such as updating trackers, processing device orders, and maintaining required files and documentation
- Use Excel to filter, update, and manage data as part of daily work
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Maintain accuracy across manual processes and follow established procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure consistent workflows
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred
- 2–4 years Customer Service experience preferred
- Demonstrated adeptness in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, exporting, basic formulas)
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
