Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Prospecting
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and business analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with the building automation and HVAC controls industry is a plus
