Responsibilities:
- Make 75+ outbound calls per day to marketing-provided leads
- Process inbound calls and customer chats with professional service
- Engage with IT decision makers in medium/large businesses
- Conduct BANT qualification discussions to identify prospect needs
- Develop and deliver tailored value propositions and elevator pitches
- Maintain follow-up touches via email and social media channels
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team
- Execute warm hand-offs to sales representatives for seamless transitions
- Track activity metrics to ensure funnel progression and productivity
- Route inquiries to appropriate departments as needed
