Payactiv is a FinTech company in Silicon Valley focused on providing workers access to their earned wages. They are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive enterprise sales and develop a sales pipeline for financial technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve 90 day and 180-day pacing metrics post hire
- Work closely with assigned SDRs to thoroughly cover all prospects in your assigned territory
- Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
- Develop a sales pipeline to support our growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees
- Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects
- Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
- Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process
- Actively showcase and promote Payactiv’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others
- Reports to SVP, Head of Sales
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with HR technology and solution sales
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
- Demonstrated sales skills through partner networks in HR Tech
- Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
- A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills
- Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred
