As an HR Business Partner for the Clinical Organization, you will provide strategic talent and performance-focused partnership to clinical team leaders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health care. This role involves coaching leaders, designing team structures, and driving cultural stewardship within a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders ranging from ICs to Directors, helping them navigate the complexities of leading a clinical team and complex operations
- Partner with Clinical Operations to design and implement team structures that scale
- Lead complex change initiatives, ensuring our team members and clinicians feel supported through every evolution of the business
- Drive the 'rhythm of business' (performance cycles, talent planning) with a focus on equity, clinical integrity, and continual growth and development
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the broader People Team in key areas such as Manager Development, Performance Enablement or Talent Planning
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth environment or a healthcare focused organization
- Proven track record of moving the needle on employee engagement and manager effectiveness
- Discernment to make sound decisions in complex, ambiguous situations
- Ability to be a 'hands-on' problem solver and know when to escalate for broader impact
- Expertise in building project plans and communication loops that make change stick
- Deep understanding of Labor and Employment law; applying it through a lens that balances a growth mindset and accountability
- Genuine passion for expanding global access to high-quality mental healthcare
