Cartage AI is a YC S24 company building Wilson, an AI logistics coordinator that autonomously executes the full lifecycle of freight operations. The Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale relationship, drive customer adoption, and shape the customer success playbook, while working closely with the founders to connect customer outcomes to product direction.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers — configure Wilson to their SOPs, train ops teams, and get them to first value fast
- Own the C-suite relationship: QBRs, success plans, and strategic reviews with COOs and VPs of Supply Chain
- Drive adoption with day-to-day logistics and ops managers at customer accounts
- Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Build the CS playbook from zero — onboarding docs, health scoring, escalation process
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering
