Cella is seeking a B2B Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at a major American multinational healthcare services and products company. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and improve campaign performance through strong digital marketing expertise and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct A/B testing to compare messaging, creative, and targeting approaches, and share insights with stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs
- Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various classes of trade
- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare presentations summarizing performance trends and recommendations
- Collaborate with finance, analytics, and business partners to support enhancements to revenue models
- Contribute ideas for new strategies, tactics, and digital innovations to improve campaign performance
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and provide input on potential adoption
Requirements:
- 8+ years of digital marketing strategy
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, including managing the test process, interpreting results & applying insights
- Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize task, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Knowledge of B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices with a track record of driving measurable results
- Expectational communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools and data visualization platforms to derive actionable insights
- Ability to be extremely collaborative with internal/external team members and stakeholders
- Experience managing large, complex customer portfolios
- BS or BA College degree
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred
