Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Customer Success Representative to support patients and physicians with prescription orders, payments, and inquiries, providing an entry point with potential for growth into an Inside Sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 30–50 inbound/outbound calls daily assisting patients and providers
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process payments, refunds, replacements, and order confirmations
- Follow up with patients and providers to collect information
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company SOPs
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service or call center experience
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
- Quiet workspace for remote work
- Genesys experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Pharmacy or healthcare support experience
