Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to support patients and healthcare providers with prescription-related inquiries, orders, payments, and shipping updates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 30–50 inbound calls per day from patients and providers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, payment collection, prescription updates, and shipping confirmations
- Issue replacements, refunds, and payment links as needed
- Contact providers to obtain required information when necessary
- Route calls to appropriate team members when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Follow departmental procedures and compliance standards
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical environment
- Experience with contact center software (e.g., Genesys)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
