New Frontier Immigration Law is a fast-growing law firm in Phoenix, AZ, dedicated to humanitarian-based immigration. They are seeking a certified Project Manager to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- This position works closely with U.S.-based leadership and internal teams to track progress, manage project documentation, and ensure operational tasks stay on schedule
- Support the execution of operational and process improvement projects across multiple teams
- Maintain project plans, task trackers, and project documentation
- Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed
- Monitor operational workflows and identify delays or bottlenecks
- Maintain dashboards or trackers that provide visibility into project status
- Ensure project updates and documentation remain organized and accessible
- Assist with reporting project progress to leadership
- Coordinate work between operations, legal teams, and administrative staff
- Communicate project updates and status reports clearly to internal stakeholders
- Escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed
- Help ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum experience: Mid-level
- Certified Project Manager
- Detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
- Bring structure, process excellence, and strategic thinking to support the mission
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Support the execution of operational and process improvement projects across multiple teams
- Maintain project plans, task trackers, and project documentation
- Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have reliable high-speed internet
- Professional home office setup
- Ability to work Arizona business hours (U.S. Mountain Time)
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are preferred but not required
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
