Closed Loop, Inc is a game-changing digital advertising agency that helps innovative companies maximize performance through integrated paid media campaigns. They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager-Paid Search to manage the Paid Search program for complex clients, optimizing digital advertising accounts and driving impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Paid Search program for 1-2 complex clients as a highly integrated member of a client team
- Develop a deep understanding of your assigned clients’ businesses and what matters most to them
- Build, launch, and meticulously optimize your clients’ digital advertising accounts
- Proactively monitor account performance, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Analyze account data, compile reports, and produce data visualizations
- Forecast budgets and outcomes
- Identify advanced advertising strategies that will keep your clients ahead of the competition and sell those strategies to your clients
- Be accountable for client budgeting, pacing, and accuracy. Manage budget allocation and pacing across channels and initiatives to ensure we meet budget and performance expectations
- Participate in client meetings and provide communications for your assigned ad channels. Manage client expectations via clear, concise, strategic communications
- Research and keep abreast of trends in digital advertising
- Mentor ad coordinators as needed
- Be a well-integrated member of the team. Participate in team meetings, be active on Slack, etc
- Participate in (or lead) audits of ad accounts for client prospects and complete peer reviews of current client accounts
- Ensure that the procedures in Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy are personally followed and that all company and client data personally accessed is properly secured
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads are essential, Meta, LinkedIn, and others a plus.)
- Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns
- Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision makers
- Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
- Experience with data analysis, visualization and presentation
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications
