Push Security is a cyber security startup focused on browser-based threat detection and response. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales team, provide technical leadership, and engage with customers throughout the full lifecycle to ensure successful technical evaluations and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers and help our team meet their quarterly sales targets
- Provide presentations to our customers and prospective customers such as whiteboards, product demos, slides, and proof of value outcomes
- Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, with an emphasis on pre-sales, but also help out with onboarding, technical support, and business reviews
- Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be Push champions
- Help our customers and prospective customers build plans for showing the value of the Push platform in their environment (proof of value)
- Serve as the customer advocate to other Push teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Invest time in learning new product features, industry developments, and broadening your overall technical skillset
- Represent Push in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events -> willingness to travel is required
Requirements:
- 6 years+ experience in a pre-sales technical role delivering solutions to C-level execs and security experts at enterprise customers
- Ability to deliver world class demonstrations and training experience to our customers and partners
- Actively managed technical proof of concepts and/or deployments in the past year during pre-sales engagements and completed more than 20+ POC/Deployments
- Experience using device management tools such as Intune and Jamf
- Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity threats and attack vectors, with a specific focus on identity-based attacks such as phishing, credential theft, and account takeover
- Familiarity with security technologies and tools, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
- Experience bringing feedback from the field to the product management and engineering teams to help shape the future direction of products and services

- Willingness to travel is required
- Previous experience working with and deploying EDR agents (bonus)
- Previous experience writing scripts using Python and PowerShell to interact with APIs (bonus)
