Product Manager

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is a company dedicated to transforming the global food system through innovative applications that utilize data. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of product portfolios, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy while ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Use your strong knowledge of our solutions and what our competition is doing to define our product vision in collaboration with your team
• Keep up to date with market trends, the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best provide insights and recommendations for product strategy
• Seeking to provide new innovative products while connecting our offerings to showcase the real life value for our customers
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for your portfolio. Outlining key milestones and release plans, communicating updates to stakeholders, and defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Drawing from your experience to effectively balance short-term goals with our long-term vision
• Work closely with engineering, product operations, user experience, marketing, sales and customer experience and driving strong collaboration throughout the product life cycle
• Partner with our team members to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product releases
• Work closely with our release management team to ensure seamless product launches and go to market for our enablement teams. Support testing of new features to ensure we achieve our business case objectives
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on product designs, through active prototyping tooling
• Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Collaborate with your senior leadership team to enable seamless communication with other stakeholders in the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, preferably in Agronomy
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Direct experience in AgTech, FoodTech, or Agricultural Technology sectors with understanding of precision agriculture, IoT sensors, farm management systems, or supply chain technologies
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Professional) or Agile methodologies with demonstrated application in technology product development
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers in agriculture or consumer goods industries, including subscription-based business models
