Simular is a company focused on building its go-to-market strategy from the ground up. The role involves working closely with the founders, engaging with users, and experimenting with various growth channels to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and own Simular’s go-to-market motion from the ground up
- Wear multiple hats - from closing our first customers, to testing messaging, to setting up early playbooks
- Talk to users constantly, translate feedback into insights, and push those back into product and strategy
- Experiment with different growth channels (sales, marketing, partnerships, community) to see what sticks
- Lead community-building efforts (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, events), engage with early adopters, and help turn them into advocates
- Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and iterate on everything: pricing, positioning, sales scripts, onboarding flows
- Be a true founding team member: scrappy, resourceful, and driven by outcomes over process
