Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Services & Engineering (US Remote)

The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition strategy for Coupa’s technical and post-sales delivery teams across North America and LATAM, acting as a strategic partner to Engineering leadership and the Customer Success ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the talent acquisition strategy for Coupa’s technical and post-sales delivery teams across North America and LATAM
• Act as a strategic partner to both the Engineering leadership and the Customer Success ecosystem
• Ensure we hire the specialized talent needed to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Manage a team of specialized recruiters to drive high-performance, data-driven hiring processes
