Bright Machines is an innovator in manufacturing, focusing on software and data to transform the industry. They are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting and enhance the candidate experience in robotics, automation, and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions including engineering, and operations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes
- Source candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and creative search strategies
- Conduct phone screens, manage candidate relationships, and drive an excellent candidate experience
- Schedule interviews and support coordination needs as we grow our talent team
- Track hiring metrics and pipeline health in our ATS (Lever) and share monthly reporting with hiring teams and leadership
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team and marketing team on employer branding and candidate communications
- Continuously seek to improve and automate our recruiting processes, documentation, and tools
- Contribute to broader People Team initiatives that may including onboarding and employee experience as we are a small and might team, but plan to grow in the future
