Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) will play a critical role in providing a high-quality candidate experience while supporting the operations of a fast-moving recruiting team, managing interview logistics, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and aligned with our values
• Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse
• Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, etc.) are always up to date
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support as needed throughout the interview process
• Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements
