Skylum empowers millions of photographers to create incredible images through its award-winning photo editing software. The Product Manager will focus on building and developing a creative image editor that combines unique technologies and innovative user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Drive the customer development process, including direct user communication, qualitative and quantitative research
- Assess market size and validate product opportunities
- Act as a strong user advocate, ensuring product decisions reflect user needs and deliver meaningful value
- Develop and execute a data-informed product strategy aligned with the company vision
- Launch and optimize growth mechanics and product monetization
- Testing of hypotheses aimed at improving user retention
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product design, and engineering teams to introduce new product features
- Lead product lifecycle management, segment user base, and generate upsell revenue
- Collaborate with PMM on the go-to-market strategy and its execution
- Participate in building and scaling the technical team, including involvement in hiring
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of product management experience in B2B or prosumer environments, ideally with desktop applications, SaaS, or multiplatform products
- Track record of launching a new product from 0 to 1
- Strong ability to pitch and champion product ideas, aligning stakeholders and driving initiatives forward
- High level of ownership across the full product lifecycle
- Experience conducting user interviews and research to inform product decisions
- Strong domain knowledge (AI market and tech)
- Ability to conduct data analysis
- Advanced English Level (B2 / C1)
- Experience working with photo-related products or technologies
- Photography experience (hobby / professional)
