MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Management Support Professional to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting program leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Developing, maintaining, and tracking program schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Preparing executive-level briefings, reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate program status, risks, and recommendations
Assisting with budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial management activities to ensure alignment with program objectives
Identifying program risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies, and tracking corrective actions through resolution
Coordinating meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements, including preparing agendas and capturing action items
Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, compliance, and overall mission effectiveness
Ensuring all program documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with organizational and contractual requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience supporting program or project management activities
Experience supporting federal government programs, including coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage integrated master schedules, track deliverables, and monitor performance metrics
Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and correspondence
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification
Experience supporting Department of Defense or other national security programs
Familiarity with federal acquisition processes and lifecycle program management
Experience with data analysis, dashboard development, or reporting tools to support program metrics
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other equipment.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
