We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Engagement Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the Marketing and Sales departments, supporting occupancy growth and lead generation. The Marketing and Sales Engagement Specialist manages the systems and processes that keep marketing activity organized and measurable.

Job Description:
• Managing CRM and prospect lead tracking
• Maximizing capabilities of CRM, utilizing lead nurturing campaigns and reporting systems
• Managing inbound marketing inquiries from the website and generating leads
• Prioritizing internal marketing requests
• Managing project management software and coordinating department workflows
• Supporting marketing and sales events to increase census and wait lists
• Advertising, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
• Preparing monthly marketing performance reports
• Contributing to content marketing initiatives
• Providing support to the sales team by assisting with follow-up calls, emails, appointments, open houses, and events
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality marketing and/or sales
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
