Track3D is building a category-defining Reality Intelligence platform for the construction industry, helping owners, general contractors, and trade partners gain certainty on progress, execution, and risk. They are seeking a Field Marketing & Industry Engagement Manager to own their US field marketing strategy, focusing on executive engagement and pipeline impact in the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Own the US field marketing strategy, aligned with sales goals, target accounts, and priority verticals
- Define and manage the event portfolio — deciding which events to attend, sponsor, speak at, or skip; and how Track3D shows up at each
- Plan and execute conferences, industry events, and owned programs (executive roundtables, invite-only dinners, regional meetups)
- Build and maintain relationships with senior industry leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VDC and innovation leaders)
- Partner closely with sales to drive executive meetings, pipeline influence, and post-event follow-through
- Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend based on ROI and sales priorities
- Capture and share market insights from the field to inform messaging, product marketing, and sales enablement
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years in field marketing, industry marketing, or enterprise event-led GTM roles
- Experience marketing enterprise B2B technology with long sales cycles
- Proven ability to engage senior executives comfortably and credibly
- Strong track record of designing and executing high-impact events and executive programs
- US-based, with willingness to travel frequently
- Strategic thinker who understands revenue impact
