KPMG is one of the world's top tax firms, and they are seeking a Client Engagement & Billing Technician to join their Tax practice. This role involves managing engagement maintenance and billing coordination, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks, and providing administrative support to the engagement team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage engagement maintenance and billing coordination, including preparing client bills in accordance with billing schedule, reconciling engagement and investment reports and coordinating with engagement team and EMCs to adjust ERPs as necessary and close out engagements upon completion of work
- Ensure all engagement administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner (such as bills are prepared, finalized, sent, and filed in Orion), which may include tracking consultant time and fees
- Provide engagement setup, including creation and maintenance of opportunities, coordination with the engagement team, risk management, ESAs, and EMCs and creating pricing workbooks
- Offer administrative support, including travel arrangements, calendar management/meeting support, time/expense support
