This role partners closely with the Director, Data Strategy & Portfolio Management to manage the Data & AI portfolio effectively across lanes and initiatives — driving measurable impact through strategic planning, process frameworks, and execution of high-value programs that support the Data and AI Organization’s strategic objectives. This role requires critical thinking and collaboration to drive cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains Data & AI strategic roadmaps and supporting workplans
Develops and maintains cross-team Data roadmap, including dependencies
Prepares engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations and communications and facilitates meetings with Data & AI teams, including executive level participants
Develops management reports and process related to Data & AI portfolio health, investment, and value
Drives high-priority initiatives in partnership with Product and IT delivery partners
Drives portfolio-level forecast and budget management, including annual budget process
Leverages and enhances Apptio / Target Process as our system of record
Typical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of five years of related experience, with proven results in leading complex programs and/or portfolios of work
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior management and stakeholders across various departments
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
People management experience preferred
Experience with project management software (i.e. Target Process) preferred
Job Location: Denver – CO. Leader will be required to be in the office 3 days per week.

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
