Develops plans, analyzes results and oversees work of Billing Operations Supervisors and support staff
Responsible for operational support needs of the Billing Operations department through management of billing and collections functions
Monitors the department’s performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s contributions to the overall Billing Operations goals and objectives
Provides strategic leadership and direction to supervisors and staff
Partners with divisional peers, field offices, and home office teams to address billing and collections matters
Develops and implements policies and procedures to drive productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness
Introduces and executes process improvements and programs to enhance team performance
Fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports ongoing professional development and career growth
Proactively identifies opportunities to exceed internal and external customer expectations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in insurance billing and collections
3-5 years of management experience
