Manage the entire hiring process for operations, professional, or culinary roles
Utilize LinkedIn, social media, and other creative techniques to attract passive and active candidates
Partner with hiring managers and field leadership to align hiring needs with business strategy
Engage candidates throughout the selection process
Ensure hiring processes meet company policies and legal standards
Provide guidance and support to all new hires during their Onboarding process by answering questions and ensuring they complete all new-hire paperwork.
Requirements
2–5 years of full-cycle, high-volume, corporate, or agency recruiting in a Food Service or Contract Dining Environment required
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Strong sourcing skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ability to manage multiple, diverse requisitions
Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring leaders across multiple locations
Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and candidate tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
High sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
