Description
Join Northrop Grumman Australia’s Future Business team and play a key role in shaping major Defence opportunities. We’re looking for a highly organised Document Production Specialist to develop polished, high-quality tender and capture documentation in support of Defence’s strategic objectives.
In this role, you will take complex technical and commercial inputs and transform them into clear, professional proposal documents aligned with Commonwealth and Defence tender standards.
What you’ll do:
- Produce high quality, complaint bid and proposal documentation including complex tender submissions
- Apply and manage ASDEFCON templates and formatting standards
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to produce cohesive proposal submission documents
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and submission ready

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with Defence procurement documentation (ASDEFCON highly regarded)
- Experience in proposal writing, tender documentation, or bid coordination within a large organisation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Currently holding a AGSVA security clearance NV1
- Qualifications in Business, Project Management, Communications or similar are highly desirable
