Junior Business Application Specialist (Marketing, CRM & AI Agents)
Our Data, AI and Marketing practice is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Business Application Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of business applications, with a focus on Marketing, CRM, and AI Agents. You will work closely with designers, developers, consultants, and project managers to deliver impactful solutions and help clients maximize the value of their platforms.
The role includes:
- Support the implementation and day-to-day management of leading business application platforms, including Marketing and CRM solutions such as Salesforce
- Assist in gathering business requirements and supporting discovery sessions with clients
- Support the setup, configuration, and optimization of workflows, automations, campaigns, and business processes
- Help manage end-to-end initiatives, from ideation and configuration through execution, analysis, and continuous improvement
- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, create reports, and analyze performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Support the design and adoption of AI Agent use cases and intelligent automation solutions
- Create and maintain segments, audiences, and data-driven logic, including working with SQL when needed
- Take part in client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, workshops, and demos
- Collaborate with local and global teams across multiple projects and industries
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing, CRM, business applications, and AI
Requirements
- Tech-savvy mindset with a strong interest in digital platforms, business applications, and emerging technologies
- Quick learner with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of English, written and spoken — must
- Previous experience with Salesforce — advantage
- Previous experience in marketing automation, CRM, or email marketing — advantage
- Familiarity with SQL — advantage
