Production Manager/Technical Director

Tallen is seeking full-time Production Managers who are well versed in live corporate-audio-visual or trade show arenas. The role involves significant travel and requires candidates to manage technical production and act as a liaison between clients and crew.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Production Manager/Technical Director as needed
• Act as subject matter expert in multiple areas of technical production, including streaming/virtual platforms are required
• Act as liaison between clients and crew while onsite
• Support cross-functional teams to execute virtual meetings and webinars across multiple platforms
• Work with presenters before and during the event as well as providing technical support to attendees
• Identify potential issues in overlap scheduling based on pre-production needs, live meeting travel and producing, training periods

Requirements:

• Previous Technical Director/Production Manager experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to complete projects within deadlines
• Must be a strategic planner who can multi-task
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and quality of work product, with few to no errors
• Ability to act as a team player and be flexible to respond to changing needs
• Ability to work with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded
• Ability to work independently within scope of job responsibilities
• Experience with Vectorworks
