The Account Executive, Region Channel Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to promote T-Mobile products and services, while also collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities, Establish joint targets to drive T-Mobile products and services through the channel partner
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners in assigned territory. Establish growth framework to establish T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships
- Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination
- Deliver sales presentations and training to local partners to ensure knowledge of T-Mobile products and services
- Stays abreast of industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborate as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions
- Drive on site customer meetings with partners. Act as resource for local partners and available to meet with customers and partners to drive sell through of T-Mobile products and services
Requirements:
- Industry expert in innovative sales strategies through strong relationships with key channel partners
- Experience in recruiting and collaborating with local channel partners
- Ability to leverage existing customer base of partners to promote and sell T-Mobile products and services
- Experience in managing strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies
- Ability to enhance client relationships
- Experience working closely with internal teams such as direct sales, solution specialists, and marketing
- Ability to lead programmatic efforts that drive sell-with activity
- Experience conducting quarterly reviews with partners to evaluate performance of partner-generated sales
