The role involves orchestrating marketing projects, driving customer retention programs, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of coordination for all marketing project needs for the portfolio
- Gather requirements and goals from product and sales leadership, including alignment cross-functionally on prioritization
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable project briefs
- Balance and prioritize work across both portfolios using an established intake and workflow process
- Drive the execution of marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for campaigns, product updates, content development, sales enablement, customer communications, and web updates
- Ensure work is on time, on brand, and consistent with Rocket Software messaging
- Maintain structured workflows for intake, prioritization, and project tracking
- Communicate project timelines, status updates, and blockers proactively
- Ensure smooth coordination between portfolio stakeholders and shared services
- Support reporting on project impact and engagement metrics
