Lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms in the UK and international markets
Own advanced paid social setups, including tracking, conversion events, audience segmentation, and attribution
Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate commercially meaningful insights
Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver compliant, high-performing paid social assets and develop creative briefs
Act as the paid social SME, advising on platform policy, compliance and feasibility
Contribute to broader paid media strategy across Paid Search and other performance channels
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in paid digital performance marketing, managing large-scale paid social budgets (£100k+/month)
Experience in regulated advertising environments with knowledge of MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards
Enjoy ‘being in the data’; leveraging performance data, attribution and conversion funnels
Technical proficiency in tracking, GA4, and consent-led frameworks
Comfortable being highly autonomous, able to manage complex workloads whilst delivering commercial outcomes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams
