Demco, Inc. is dedicated to transforming schools and libraries into impactful environments. They are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their Supplies and Equipment division, focusing on eCommerce and multi-channel campaigns to enhance growth and reach educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned product categories, with a focus on driving eCommerce growth and revenue
- Develop and manage a seasonal promotional calendar aligned to business priorities, product strategies, and key demand periods
- Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across eCommerce, catalogs, email, onsite merchandising, and paid media
- Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to align on priorities, promotions, and assortment strategies
- Bring our categories to life through compelling storytelling across both digital and print channels
- Collaborate with external partners to amplify campaigns while maintaining ownership of strategy and performance
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and revenue
- Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, historical performance, and market trends
- Serve as the marketing lead for your category, ensuring alignment and clarity across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, category marketing, or campaign management
- Proven success driving revenue through multi-channel campaigns
- Experience managing promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns
- Strong understanding of omnichannel environments, including both digital and print (catalog experience is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate across teams including Product, Creative, and Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for using insights to drive decisions
- Experience working in product-driven or SKU-heavy environments
