Four Pillars Talent is a fast-growing startup building an AI platform for labor compliance in renewable energy and construction projects. They are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary client contact, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact, translating labor compliance requirements into clear next steps
- Guide customers through onboarding + ongoing usage of an AI-driven compliance platform
- Coordinate key workflows, including payroll and subcontractor documentation collection to support successful audits
- Track progress, monitor documentation, and help generate accurate reporting for stakeholders
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks and partner internally to resolve issues
- Share customer feedback to improve the product and user experience
Requirements:
- 2-10+ years in a detail-oriented, client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Operations, Compliance, Consulting, etc.)
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly and operating independently
- Ability to juggle multiple client projects without dropping details
- Prevailing wage / apprenticeship exposure
- Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) / Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) / Service Contract Act (SCA)
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or other 'real-world' industries
- Prior compliance ERP implementation experience with similar systems like LCPtracker is beneficial
- JD, CPA, CCP, CCA, MBA and labor compliance experience
- Consultant with PWA / labor compliance experience
- Experience in a similar client facing role assisting with implementing similar products like LCPtracker
