Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust book of business
- Natural ability to connect with people allows you to build trust and foster long-term partnerships that drive success
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets is second nature to you. You're driven by growth and have consistently delivered revenue increases
- You have a knack for identifying opportunities, crafting innovative solutions, and executing strategies that yield tangible results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to a team that values collaboration and shared success
- Proficient with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and leverage social media platforms for networking and outreach
