Easy Ice is a fast-growth company that provides an all-inclusive commercial ice machine subscription to business owners nationwide. The Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new multi-location chain customers and driving enterprise-level opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
- Prospect and generate enterprise-level opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of chain customers with 21+ locations
- Lead negotiation and execution of MSAs
- Present Easy Ice solutions to executives and buying groups
- Follow a structured sales process from outreach to close
- Partner with internal teams to support enterprise onboarding
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide forecasts
- Build relationships with procurement and executive leaders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably with enterprise or multi-location customers
- Proven hunter experience required
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel 50% nationwide
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skilled negotiator with experience in complex agreements
