Sr. Program Manager (Education)

HRUCKUS is a Veteran-owned consulting firm focused on strategic sourcing, supply chain, and IT Staffing. They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the implementation of regulatory requirements for Educator Preparation Providers in the DC Government, ensuring compliance and enhancing program efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Educator Preparation Providers (EPPs) adhere to the state approval processes outlined in Title 5, Subtitle A, Section 1700 of the DCMR
• Ensure EPP compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Create resources that provide EPPs with clear guidance related to the regulations
• Coordinate technical assistance efforts with programs that do not fully meet OSSE standards
• Write and review reports generated as a result of state review visits
• Implement the science of reading in teacher preparation
• Assist in creating or implementing registered teacher apprenticeships

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing (11 Years)
• Experience leading clinical practices for students pursuing a degree in education (5 Years)
• MS Office + MS Project or other Project Management software (11 Years)
• Experience working in a University setting within a School or College of Education (11 Years)
• Previously held the title of 'Dean', 'Interim Dean', or 'Associate Dean' at a University, focused on Education (5 Years)
• Experience creating and/or implementing a registered teacher apprenticeship (2 Years)
• Experience developing published resources for educator preparation providers and those creating teacher pipelines (5 Years)
• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience
