Third Sector Intelligence (3Si) is a software company that assists governments, nonprofits, and philanthropies in using data to enhance children's lives. They are seeking a mission-driven Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to drive lead generation and support business development efforts through strategic outreach and conference participation.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, social outreach) to identify and engage potential partners using HubSpot
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships through targeted outreach
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including drafting sequences, tracking engagement, and optimizing performance
- Maintain accurate lead data, activity logs, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to align outreach with broader marketing initiatives
- Coordinate all aspects of conference participation, including sponsorship logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and travel arrangements
- Develop pre/post-conference outreach strategies to maximize lead generation and partner engagement
- Support on-site conference execution (e.g., networking, lead capture, follow-up coordination)
- Attend domestic business meetings and conferences alongside the VP of Strategic Partnerships
- Track conference ROI and provide post-event reports on lead quality and pipeline impact
