About this role
South Key is hiring for Cancer Monthly, a trusted resource in the cancer community for over 22 years. The person in this role will be the first human voice a patient hears, guiding them through important decisions with empathy and support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries quickly
- Build rapport and establish trust from initial contact through intake
- Guide hesitant patients toward a clear decision with empathy
- Follow up with patients through a structured, multi-touch outreach cadence
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and conversion targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in patient intake, admissions, referral coordination, or consultative sales
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable tracking outreach and engagement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide patients toward clear next steps
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive patient information
- RN license strongly preferred but not required
- Addiction Treatment Admissions or Behavioral Health Intake
- Hospice Admissions Nurse or Clinical Liaison
- IVF / Fertility Clinic Patient Coordinator or Treatment Consultant
- Medical Aesthetic / MedSpa Patient Coordinator or Procedure Sales Consultant
- Medical Device or Healthcare Inside Sales Representative
