Founding Engineer - Build & Grow with a Real Estate Startup

TEO is an early-stage startup on a mission to transform building management through AI and smart automation. They are seeking a self-motivated Founding Software Engineer to help build an AI-powered SaaS platform for property and building management, taking ownership of the product from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Support development of our AI-powered platform
• Write and maintain clean, scalable code (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Learn AI coding, integrate APIs and work with cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• Work on both backend and (potentially) frontend tasks
• Participate in team meetings and agile-style development cycles

Requirements:

• Experience as a software developer
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work across the stack
• Ownership of product and company from day one
• Passion for AI and LLMs
• Ability to solve meaningful real-world problems
• Experience writing and maintaining clean, scalable code (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Ability to learn AI coding, integrate APIs, and work with cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• Willingness to work on both backend and frontend tasks
• Participation in team meetings and agile-style development cycles
• Self-starter who loves solving problems
• Curiosity about new technologies
• Comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
