AI Specialist - Senior Fullstack Engineer

Solera Holdings, LLC. is a global leader in data and software services aiming to enhance the vehicle lifecycle through connected digital experiences. The AI Specialist - Senior Fullstack Engineer will be part of a team focused on boosting development velocity and re-architecting platforms using advanced AI tooling, while also upskilling existing development teams and contributing to the next-gen AI SDLC process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop/Redevelop enterprise solutions for Solera’s portfolio of products, primarily in C#
• Utilise the evolving range of AI tooling to accelerate development
• Upskill and handover to the existing product team members, the new codebase/solution

Requirements:

• 10+ years in a senior role
• Extensive Full stack C#/TSQL/React hands-on development experience
• Self-starting problem solver who is easy to work with
• Ability to quickly upskill in new technologies and understand complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to integrate with existing product teams and brief stakeholders
• Positive can-do attitude in the face of adversity
• Practical experience utilising latest AI technologies to accelerate development (GitHub Copilot preferred)
• Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code
• Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style
• Implementing AI solutions in the enterprise
• Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications
• Team lead experience
• Process automation
• Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHub actions and Jenkins
