The Regional Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new revenue and expansion across a defined territory of automotive dealers, leveraging deep industry relationships to represent the brand and expand adoption of solutions in the retail automotive ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Driving new revenue and expansion across a defined territory of automotive dealers, dealer groups, and strategic partners
- Acting as an evangelist for DAS Technology, leveraging deep industry relationships to represent the brand, share our vision, and expand adoption of our solutions across the retail automotive ecosystem
- Providing external communications, best practices and product knowledge to clients and prospects through various platforms including social and/or speaking events, conferences, webinars, and videos
- Providing mentorship to new sales representatives and serving as the product knowledge expert for various internal clients
- Driving revenue growth through new business development and expansion – including customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management – while collaborating with Client Success to deliver an excellent client experience and generate upsell and referral opportunities
- Performing other duties as may be necessary for the effective execution of his/her duties as delegated by the SVP of Sales and Strategic Accounts, Sr. Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and/or Chief Revenue Officer
Requirements:
- 7+ years of demonstrated sales skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.) and CRMs with Microsoft Dynamics proficiency a plus
- Automotive industry and/or SaaS solutions experience in a B2B environment
