One Identity is a leader in identity security, helping organizations control identity management through a unified platform. The role involves driving enterprise sales across South East Asia, focusing on building strategic relationships and executing complex sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and execute a regional territory strategy across key SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond)
- Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline across direct and partner-led opportunities
- Take clear accountability for your accounts, opportunities and revenue contribution
- Position One Identity’s unified identity security platform as a strategic enabler for digital transformation, compliance, and cyber resilience
- Engage C-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, Head of Security, Procurement) with confidence and credibility
- Lead complex sales cycles using structured qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC)
- Work closely with regional SI’s and channel partners to develop joint account plans
- Execute co-selling strategies and partner-led demand generation campaigns
- Conduct regular opportunity reviews and ensure mutual accountability
- Navigate enterprise sales cycles exceeding USD $250K+
- Manage procurement, legal and multi-layered buying processes with discipline and persistence
- Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Align closely with your co-territory AE to avoid overlap and maximise coverage
- Partner with pre-sales, marketing, channel and leadership teams to drive coordinated execution
- Represent One Identity at regional events and executive engagements
Requirements:
- 5+ years enterprise software sales experience (cybersecurity, IAM, cloud or adjacent markets preferred)
- Proven track record closing complex six-figure+ deals
- Strong experience working with and through channel partners
- Executive presence and confidence selling to senior decision-makers
- Discipline in pipeline management and forecasting (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
