The Growth Marketing Specialist II will help scale digital demand efforts, executing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing conversion paths to drive measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities:
- Build and launch campaigns across email, paid media, retargeting, and web
- Develop landing pages, forms, and conversion paths aligned to campaign goals
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into effective digital programs
- Execute A/B testing to continuously improve performance
- Own day-to-day website performance within the CMS, including updates, conversion optimization, and experience improvements
- Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Support SEO implementation through on-page best practices (in partnership with the Content team)
- Monitor site health and recommend enhancements
- Execute nurture programs and automated workflows in HubSpot
- Support audience segmentation and targeting
- Partner with Sales to ensure strong lead flow and handoff
- Track campaign performance and build recurring reports
- Analyze funnel metrics and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate tagging, attribution, and campaign structure
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or a related industry
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing websites within a CMS such as HubSpot or WordPress, including page creation, updates, and optimization
- Comfort conducting website audits to identify opportunities for improving UX, conversion paths, SEO performance, and overall site health
- Familiarity with Salesforce and digital analytics tools
- Strong understanding of CRO, landing page strategy, and email performance
- Comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action
