Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support following established call flow guides to ensure consistent service quality
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to tax products and services
- Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information within company databases to maintain detailed records of interactions
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their overall experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for seasonal work
- Quiet, distraction-free environment at home
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with PC systems
- Desktop or laptop capable of meeting technical requirements
- Windows 11+ operating system
- 8GB or higher RAM
- Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- Reliable internet connectivity with DSL, cable, or fiber connections at speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload or higher
