Fernhill Capital is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Customer Management responsible for the overall strategy and execution of sales growth and customer relationship management. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and enhancing customer value while leading sales and customer management teams.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the company's sales strategy and client acquisition plans
- Drive new client acquisition and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure the achievement of the company's sales revenue and growth targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with the company's core and strategic clients
- Enhance client satisfaction and foster client loyalty
- Drive the development of long-term strategic partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract signing processes for key accounts
- Oversee the execution of key account projects and ensure service quality
- Resolve critical issues arising during client engagements
- Lead and manage the team of Sales Managers and Account Managers
- Oversee team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Establish efficient sales and client management systems
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client base
- Maximize Client Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Develop strategies for client retention and client success
- Monitor sales data and client revenue performance metrics
- Analyze client needs and market trends
- Provide recommendations on business growth strategies to senior management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Ensure that client requirements are translated into product and service enhancements
- Coordinate internal resources to support client business development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in sales or client management
- 10+ years of experience in leading sales teams or client management teams
- Strong capabilities in sales strategy formulation and business development
- Excellent client relationship management skills
