Project Manager (IT Transition)

The Judge Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the transition of newly implemented application platforms and network infrastructure into enterprise service operations. The role involves ensuring operational readiness, service integration, and alignment with enterprise delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the transition of newly implemented application platforms and network infrastructure into the enterprise operational landscape
• Coordinate with the IT Service Transition Manager and IT teams to ensure system readiness and support model alignment
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external suppliers
• Maintain transition documentation including RACI matrices, SOPs, and knowledge transfer plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large scale IT transition, infrastructure onboarding, or service transition initiatives within complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with transitioning applications and infrastructure into newly acquired company
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
