They are seeking a collaborative and strategic Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the successful delivery of new store openings, overseeing projects from feasibility to construction and ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing design and construction projects from feasibility through completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil/Structural Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably consultancy
- Proven experience in managing design and construction projects from feasibility through completion
- Previous experience in managing/co-ordinating multiple projects
- Ability to demonstrate experience in previous client facing roles
- Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Experience navigating approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements
- A passion for mentorship and team development, creating opportunities for growth within your team
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace, where diverse perspectives and ideas are valued
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions an advantage
- Attention to detail and collaborative communication skills essential
- Ability to be in Dublin one day per week to meet with clients
